Admission Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent or Mature Student Status. Courses are open to any applicant who possesses a good command of the English language and is able to follow instructions. Full-time students must attend the required hours per week as per the course schedule and may do so at times convenient to them.

Program Highlights

Graduates will have the skills required for employment as Junior Travel Consultants/Sales people in retail travel agencies. Once graduates gain experience. In this industry, they have successfully gone on to be employed as flight attendants, passenger service representative, tour guides, reservationists, ticket agents, and travel coordinators.

Career Opportunities

Travel counsellors advise clients on travel options and tour packages, make bookings and reservations, prepare tickets and receive payment. They are employed in travel agencies, transportation and tourism firms and hotel chains.
