Personal Support Worker (PSW) Certificate

Our PSW courses will equip you to:
  • Provide a range of support to help your clients live as independently as possible.
  • Assist with the routines of activities of daily living (ADL’s)
  • Carry out respite care
  • Assist the client with programs that lead to social re-integration
Personal Support Workers are employed in:
  • Hospitals
  • Long-term care facilities
  • Retirement homes, and
  • Community agencies
Dominion College offers accelerated Personal Support Worker Certificate Program for 35 weeks or 700 hours (Classroom and placement included) Call (647) 352-7228; or (905) 791-9108 now to start your career… To successfully complete the course, the following 12 modules would have been completed plus clinical placement of 310 hours with an average pass mark of 70% for each modules/clinical placement.
