Gestion De L’Approvisionnement (LCA.FL)
The Supply Management - LCA.FL program at CDI College aims to train qualified professionals who, upon completion of their training, will be able to perform all tasks related to the field of supply management. It offers graduates a wide range of employment opportunities within a variety of companies.
At the end of this training program, graduates will have developed all the necessary skills to integrate into different sectors of the Quebec economy (primary, secondary, and tertiary) in small, medium, and large production or service companies, as well as in public organizations. These professionals will possess expertise in the field of supply management to be able to execute tasks specific to the function within industrial or service companies of various sizes.
They will know how to: determine supply needs, explore supply sources, plan acquisitions, monitor national and international markets, determine supply strategies, assess risks, determine necessary guarantees, make calls for tenders and expressions of interest, negotiate with suppliers, etc.
