This program is designed to provide students with the skills necessary to perform a variety of accounting and bookkeeping functions commonly found in a small to large size business. Professionals learn through realistic accounting simulations and projects utilizing these computer accounting applications: Simply Accounting, QuickBooks, selected ACCPACC modules and SAP Finance. Professionals will be prepared for employment positions such as full-charge bookkeeper, bookkeeper assistant, accounting clerk, automated records clerk, accounts payable clerk, accounts receivable clerk, payroll clerk, auditing clerk, data entry clerk, customer service representative, office manager, general office clerk, accounting receptionist, and other related office assignments.
