ADVANCED MUSIC INDUSTRY
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Advanced Music Industry & Business Program focuses on equipping you with essential skills for an array of music industry career choices. The course begins with creating a career development plan, receiving feedback and mentorship from instructors from multiple disciplines. The program delves into all areas of music business from marketing & business plans, to bookkeeping, event production, promotion, managing and signing artists, tour management, public relations and more! The program combines classroom learning with career focused lectures, guest speakers, and practical assignments. Students will gain up-to-the-minute skills training in the music industry, in real industry settings, alongside renowned music industry professionals. You will not only learn about the music industry, but you will be in it from Day 1 of classes!
