Acupuncture
The Acupuncture program provides a unique, condensed version of the four-year Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) programs typically offered at universities in China. This program immerses you in the ancient practice of acupuncture and equips you with a thorough understanding of the TCM approach to healthcare. Through clinical placement courses, you’ll have the opportunity to observe and engage in the workings of a TCM clinic. This includes witnessing interactions between senior students, clinical supervisors, and patients during consultations, diagnoses, and treatments.
Additionally, the program allows you to conduct supervised patient evaluations and diagnoses. You will also gain hands-on experience in administering acupuncture treatments, formulating herbal prescriptions, and understanding patient care from a holistic perspective. This comprehensive training prepares you to practice effectively in the field of acupuncture and TCM.
