DESCRIPTION

  • Produce acts in ordinary civil proceedings
  • Prepare a disputed file in family law
  • Prepare a notebook and authorities
  • Produce notarial deeds
  • Produce documents related to non-contentious matters
  • Prepare documents related to updating a business

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Mastery of written English
  • Mastery of legal terms
  • Working knowledge of French
  • Good communication skills
  • Enjoy working with the public
  • Organized and responsible
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Demonstrate a sense of professional ethics
5-month program offered on site at the Sherbrooke campus
