This comprehensive program provides in-depth knowledge of evaluating communications hardware, software, and transmission service alternatives against changing business requirements. Academy of Learning provides financial aid guidance for qualified students and job placement assistance to help you succeed from enrollment through employment. You'll learn to maintain links with network suppliers, monitor network performance, provide systems support, localize and rectify network faults, handle complex user problems, and deliver service that complies with statutory standards and strategic plans—preparing you for high-demand IT careers across Alberta.
