Program Overview

Our MOA program trains students in a variety of skills required of an administrator in a Canadian medical office environment spanning Customer Service Management, General Office administration.

Notwithstanding certain courses also strive to train the student on developing and polishing their Leadership and Problem solving skills, being efficient workers and acquaint an sensitize them towards other cultures, they are also trained on developing their soft skills including familiarizing them with Computing Fundamentals which are pivotal in today’s professional environment while learning about strategizing their career post completion of the program.

Furthermore, the 160 hours mandatory practicum component of the program allows students to implement their learning in a professional setting and fortify their understanding of the field.
