IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
The two A+ courses provide strong knowledge in both hardware and operating systems support and maintenance of computer equipment and peripherals and prepare the candidate with the knowledge needed for the CompTIA A+ certification. The two Microsoft courses prepare students with the knowledge to qualify and earn Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate. This Microsoft 365 certification proves to employers that you have the core skills to deploy windows, configure, secure, manage and monitor devices and client applications in an enterprise environment.
