Human Resources Certificate

Our 22-week Human Resources certificate program enhances essential skills in workplace relationships, talent management and compliance with employee rights to improve team performance and create a safe work environment. You will learn to develop strategies for motivation, team building, conflict resolution and effective training that help foster a collaborative, supportive and efficient work environment. You will develop skills in financial management and accounting that provide a foundation for strategic decision-making, budgeting, and payroll compliance, and gain an essential knowledge of labor relations, collective agreements, and employee rights..
