About the Program

CDI College's Human Resources Administration diploma preps you to excel as an HR assistant or officer in a modern HR department. Over 43 weeks, you'll cover the fundamentals of HR alongside general office administration, then put it to work through a five-week practicum placement.

What You'll Learn

  • Privacy, confidentiality, and employment legislation as they apply to HR practice
  • Business communication, interpersonal skills, and proofreading for HR documentation
