Hybrid

About the Program

CDI College's Graphic Design Technology diploma—at four GTA campuses and online in Ontario—trains you for the graphics and digital media industries using the latest Mac and Adobe software, and you leave with a portfolio ready to show employers.

What You'll Learn

  • Design on Mac using the complete Adobe Creative Cloud—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and Premiere Pro
  • Typography, photography, and illustration skills to strengthen every project you design
  • Principles of design for publications, packaging, advertising, corporate branding, and websites
  • A professional industry portfolio built throughout the program and polished before graduation

Career Opportunities

Roles: Graphic Designer, Digital Illustrator, Interactive Media Developer, Web Production Artist across GTA agencies, brands, and publishing studios

Why it matters: Toronto hosts Canada's deepest creative industry—agencies, publishers, and corporate studios all hiring designers—and Mac-plus-Adobe fluency is the universal requirement to get through the door.
