Certificate Program Overview

AAPS’ Food Safety program is designed to provide a strong understanding of food processing, food quality assurance, food safety and food inspection. The program incorporates specialized knowledge and skills required to implement the fundamental principles of quality assurance to food products. Additionally, this program is designed to be beneficial to ongoing career development in the food and beverage industry. AAPS’ integrated approach gives students  the foundation and knowledge to develop, implement, and maintain the food safety programs using tools such as GMPs and HACCP to ensure that products comply with national and international safety and quality standards.
