PROGRAM INFORMATION
Upon completion of this program the successful student will have reliably demonstrated the ability to:
- Understand Canadian banking systems and procedures
- Work directly with customers and handle deposits, withdrawals, cash handling, bill payments, money orders, identify fraud and counterfeit money
- Gather and process information needed to open new customer accounts and services
- Identify and solve problems with customer’s accounts
