This group of courses provides an introduction to the world of business administration as well as dealing with hiring, firing, and the training aspects of human resources. Students receive an overview of project management to learn about the triple restraints, as well as enjoying a customer service workshop to improve and enhance CSR skills. Students also learn about the basics of marketing and branding, along with administrative procedures which are required for any successful business professional.
