Alberta Basic Security Training (ABST)

Welcome to the Alberta Basic Security Training course. During this 40-hour computer course, you will begin to develop the knowledge and skills required of a security professional and, upon successful completion of the course, you will write the provincial licencing exam. You will also be ready to take on a role in the security field.
