Do you want to master the basics of office administration? With Eastern College’s Administrative Specialist program, you will learn the key skills office support staff need including word processing, spreadsheets, and intra-office communication. Gain in-depth knowledge of the programs that help every business run smoothly: MS Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint. Graduate with the knowledge and skills to be successful in a wide range of support roles available in offices of any size.
