  The proposed Leadership for Healthcare Administration Program is designed for students with experience in the health care field who are seeking to enhance their existing post-secondary credentials and looking to transition into administration roles in emerging Healthcare environments. Comprehension of patient needs, socio-cultural factors, behaviours and health services information are key focus areas of this program and will enable students to develop new skills in the areas of leadership, human resources management, conflict resolution, and strategic thinking.

  The healthcare and social service industry in Canada is the second largest employment sector, which provides a large number of job opportunities to the graduates. • Business Administration – Sales & Marketing
  By connecting businesses and consumers into a single global market, the Internet has become a powerful marketing tool. Business Administration – Sales & Marketing program is angled towards E-commerce and is designed to equip students with an array of high-tech marketing skills. They will learn how to sell ideas and services in the web environment, use web resources, prospect and generate sales through the Internet, develop Internet marketing plans and apply a wide variety of Internet marketing tools. The first year of this program will provide students with a solid and essential foundation in business. In the second year, they will be immersed in the world of marketing and E-commerce.
• Erp Logistic Management
  This program is designed to provide the student an introduction of fundamental nature of inventory from a financial, physical, forecasting, and operational standpoint. The instructor will guide the student to the areas of forecasting, physical control and layout, and problem recognition and resolution. This program will also provide the student the general knowledge of how to use ERP software for material management.

  Logistics program graduates have an average starting salary of around $36,000 per year, with the potential to make $50,000 to $80,000 at the managerial level. Graduates of logistics programs have a number of career options open to them:

  Computerized Accounting refers to the implementation of computer technology and software in accounting field. It implements automated data processing into traditional manual accounting system. The graduates can also choose to enter partner universities after graduation to complete bachelor/master degree in accounting, finance or business. • Erp Database Administration
  ERP provides an integrated real-time view of core business processes, using common databases maintained by a database management system. ERP systems track business resources—cash, raw materials, production capacity—and the status of business commitments: orders, purchase orders, and payroll. The applications that make up the system share data across the various departments (manufacturing, purchasing, sales, accounting, etc.) that entered the data.
