It focuses on the primary activities of global supply chains, distribution and inventory management, and the supporting activities of document management and procurement. It examines how to obtain and manage resources to deal with international suppliers and transportation intermediaries, and how to maintain optimum efficiency in the production, inventory control, and delivery of goods in the international marketplace. Considerations for global e-commerce in managing procurement and sourcing of goods, determining storage locations, and clearing foreign customs will be examined.

The Human Resources Management Diploma program explores how human resources (HR) professionals deal with the management of an organization’s workforce: from the most junior member of staff to the chief executive. The focus of the Human Resources Management Diploma program is on HR skills that build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. During the program, students will explore several important topics, including human resources development, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, cultural diversity, labor relations and occupational health and safety.
Granville College’s Hospitality Management Program is based on the American Hotel And Lodging Educational Institute’s Hospitality Management course materials. This program provides an excellent overview from a management perspective of all areas of the hospitality industry.
The program consists of 1200 hours of on-campus training plus an additional three months (480 hours) of practical work experience, allowing students to gain valued experience in the industry.
Successful completion of this program will provide students with a Hospitality Management (with Co-Op) Diploma.
In addition, the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute will provide students with a Rooms Division Specialization Certificate and, a Hospitality Operations Certificate upon completion.
