Healthcare, Wellness, Pharma Programs

  • The Pharmacy Assistant Diploma Program at Elegance College of Healthcare Services and Cosmetology will prepare the student to assist the pharmacists with numerous responsibilities in both community and institutional pharmacies.  The program includes eight weeks of clinical placement in a pharmacy setting to further enhance the student’s knowledge and skills.

  • The Massage Therapy Diploma Program at Elegance College of Healthcare Services and Cosmetology will qualify the successful student to apply for the Certification Examinations at the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Please refer to CMTO website at www.cmto.com for more information about the requirements and process for becoming a Registered Massage Therapist (R.M.T) in Ontario. Once registered the Massage Therapist will  have the opportunity to join the health care professionals and open their own clinic as an R.M.T., or find employment in existing clinics, sports facilities, health care institutions, spas, etc. Our Massage Therapy Clinic is on site and gives the students extensive hands-on training offering the student valuable experience with high standards of professionalism and communication skills.   • The Physiotherapist Assistant Diploma Program was designed to provide students with a strong foundation of knowledge and skills to assist the physiotherapist. The assistant helps in the implementation of treatment plans and programs which are designed and supervised by the physiotherapist.  The program is further enhanced by eight weeks of clinical placement in a related institution or clinic.   • The Acupuncture Certificate Program offers the knowledge and practical skills required to efficiently perform this modality as a Registered Massage Therapist.  This program is listed as a self confirmed Acupuncture Education Program and is posted on the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario’s website. This Acupuncture Certificate Program is offered on a demand basis and professional credentials are required.

Beauty, Esthetics, Barber Programs

  • The Esthetic Diploma Program at Elegance College of Healthcare Services and Cosmetology offers the tools and knowledge required for success in this constantly growing industry.  Our practical area gives the student extensive hands on practical experience in all aspect of the curriculum.  The successful graduate will have the knowledge and practical experience to open their own spa or find employment in existing spas, resorts, cruise ships, retail centers, etc. Basic Outline:

  • The Electrolysis Diploma Program at Elegance College of Healthcare Services and Cosmetology offers the theory and techniques of permanent and semi permanent hair removal. The student will further enhance their practical learning by performing electrolysis treatment on clients. The successful graduate can open their own clinic or join an existing practice, spas, etc.  It is also an excellent addition to the Esthetic services. Basic Outline:
