    This program is general in nature and is designed to provide a wide choice of career opportunities in the business world. Students in the program will gain a practical understanding of key principles and practices necessary for success in the field of business, and acquire a range of fundamental skills in areas such as finance, accounting, human resources, operations management, marketing, and sales.

    Secondary School Diploma including Math 11 and English 12, or equivalent. Students must meet one of the following language requirements:
    • Canadian College of English Language Level 140, Pass with 60%.
    • St. Lawrence College ESL Advanced, Pass with 60%

    This program is intended to prepare a student for a career in Project Management. At the end of this program, students will be able to demonstrate a knowledge of project management operations, including human resource management, risk management, budgeting and accounting, marketing, and business computer applications.

    • Students must meet one of the following language requirements: Canadian College English Placement test 130; Smrt English 130; IELTS 5.5 overall with a minimum score of 5.0 in each section; TOEFL iBT 46-59; CAEL 45.
  • This 6-month program is designed for students with some work experience or post secondary business training looking to fast track their International trade training. By using internationally recognized FITT materials, this program fulfills the initial stages of becoming a Certified International Trade Professional (CITP).

  • This program is designed for students pursuing a career within the field of International Trade. The coursework gives students an understanding of the activities required to manage the operations of a company within the industry and 6-month Co-op provides valuable work experience in the field. Upon successful completion of three (3) FITT courses and assessments as part of this program, students will be awarded a FITT certificate due to our partnership with FITT(Forum for International Trade Training ).

  • FITT International Trade Certificate program is intended to prepare a student for a career in the field of international trade. This 3-month program is also suitable for students with some work experience or post-secondary business training interested in upgrading their training in International Trade. Upon successful completion of three (3) FITT courses and assessments as part of this program, students will be awarded a FITT certificate due to our partnership with FITT(Forum for International Trade Training ).

The coursework gives students an understanding of the processes and techniques required to execute a successful social media marketing campaign, and a 12-month Co-op provides valuable work experience in the industr

Skilled Trades, Auto, Fire Programs

  • This program is designed for students with limited work experience or post secondary business training looking for an integrated International trade training program. By using internationally recognized FITT materials, this program fulfills the initial stages of becoming a Certified International Trade Professional (CITP). The coursework gives students an understanding of the activities required to manage the operations of a company in the industry, and a 12-month Co-op provides valuable work experience in the field.

Technology, Networking Programs

  • This is a St. Lawrence College curriculum delivered by Canadian College. Students receive two diplomas, one from St. Lawrence College and another from Canadian College.

In this program, students will acquire the expertise and practical skills to support the use of computers and networks in many facets of our daily lives. A selection of courses over 12 weeks gives students an understanding of the activities required to manage business operations in the hotel industry. This program is certified by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AH&LA) to meet professional industry standards.
