  • Admission Requirements

    To qualify for the PC Support Technician diploma program, you must meet the following criteria:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent or Mature Student Status
    • Good command of the English language and ability to follow instructions
    • Full-time students must attend required hours per week as per the course schedule at times convenient to them
    • Part-time students may set their own schedules with a minimum of two training sessions per week (day, evening, or weekend options available)

    Program Highlights

    This 44-week diploma program prepares you to deal with problems you may encounter when supporting personal computers in an office environment. You'll gain in-depth knowledge of both computer hardware and software, and prepare for the A+ certification exam. The program offers flexible scheduling options for both full-time and part-time students, and all materials are included in your tuition fees.
