About the Program

The Mobile Developer Using AI diploma at Eastern College is a 65-week program that combines hands-on technical training with a 12-week internship at a real development organization. Over 50 weeks of live, instructor-led online classes, you'll explore mobile app development for Android and iOS using popular programming languages like JavaScript, Java, Swift, and Kotlin.

What sets this program apart is its AI-supported approach: you'll learn how tools like GitHub Copilot can assist with coding, troubleshooting, workflow efficiency, and creative problem-solving—the way modern development teams actually work. The curriculum also covers user interface design, graphics, mobile usability, and the communication and project practices used in today's development environments, capped by a mobile capstone project you can showcase to employers.

Classes are held at scheduled times through the Microsoft Teams platform, so you can ask questions, join discussions, and get instructor support in real time—without commuting to campus. Financial assistance may be available for those who qualify, monthly payment plans are offered, and Eastern's dedicated Financial Aid Officers will help you explore your funding options.
