Program Details

Our 46-week diploma program was developed with healthcare professionals to ensure graduates are job-ready from day one. You will gain hands-on experience with EMR simulations, billing scenarios, and administrative exercises that mirror real healthcare settings, including medical billing for provincial health systems like OHIP.

The program prepares you for both medical office and hospital unit roles, with training in Microsoft Office, digital literacy, and professional communication. Upon completion, you'll receive CPR and First Aid certification and become eligible to write the HICA exam through CHIMA—a credential recognized by healthcare employers across Canada.
