As a Community Service Worker, you can work on the frontline, helping clients manage their social and personal problems and running community services. Or, you can work ‘behind the scenes’ setting up and managing social assistance programs. Oxford College’s Community Service Worker program gives you the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence needed to create, implement, and oversee a variety of social and community-based programs.
