Chinese Dietary Therapy is a branch of Chinese Medicine that uses food as preventative and curative therapy. With a contemporary lens, this course led by Gillian Marsollier, explores the ancient foundational theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Chinese Dietary Therapy. Once the qualities of different foods are understood, dietary therapy can be applied to very specific disorders.
